It was warranted...I cut her up (two or three snaps)

So I am a faithful employee of Macy's Inc.; I work at one of the more upscale, high-end Macy's Stores on the east coast. I love my job and everything my work description intels. I am a people person and I would say that I am very outgoing. I am not the most expensively draped, but I am a stylish lady and I know this fact to be true. Because FASHION is LIFE and I live FASHION everyday and YES, I am one of the FASHION ORG. Ladies. So with that said, yes I do carry myself accordingly; anyway, I had a customer ask me about a specific Impulse (high end, trendy, teens-mid 20's) item sold at my job. I, of course knowing my textile told her, "yes, this is a cashmere scarf with probably a  low percentage of silk, but for sure its cashmere" (just by feeling the texture and without reading the tag) she stared me up and down and asked, "how would you know?" and I replied, "ma'am let's read the tag to make sure" She did the up-and-down stare once again and read the tag and looked at me and said, "okay I'll take this one, hmph but I am still astonished at how you could know that" I looked her up and down and said, "you're purchasing a scarf for over $100 and only if that "benjamin" could help style more than your neck and help your attitude, your face, and the rest of your outfit (dot dot dot) the world would be a better place; hmph it's horridly obvious that you're not one of the fashionably inclined (smh) and all that jazz" [yes sometimes I may use acronyms or text talk in my everyday speech] and walked away. Did she still buy the scarf after I insulted her in a very nice way? [You're dying to know...I know, I know] Yes! LOL.

Moral of the story: Know where you stand EVERYDAY, EVERYWHERE, & EVERYTIME. (bam!)
